Why can't I log in to Linkus Mobile Client?
First, make sure that the login username and password are correct.
If the login information is correct, contact system administrator to check the following
settings on the server:
- The Linkus server settings are correct.
- Your Linkus client is enabled.
- If you fail to log in to Linkus in an external network, system administrator should check the configuration of Remote Access Service or the mapping of Linkus port.
