Manage Message Queues
This topic describes how to edit a message queue, and delete message queue(s).
Edit a message queue
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- Click beside the queue that you want to edit.
- Change the settings according to your needs.
- Click Save.
Delete message queues
Important: Before you delete a message queue, make
sure that the queue is not set as the inbound messaging destination of a message
channel.
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to .
- To delete a queue, do as follows:
- Click beside the queue that you want to delete.
- In the pop-up window, click OK.
- To delete queues in bulk, do as follows:
- Select the checkboxes of the queues that you want to delete.
- At the top of the list, click Delete.
- In the pop-up window, click OK.
