Access Queue Panel

This topic describes how a queue agent can access Queue Panel on Linkus Desktop Client.

Requirements

  • PBX server: 37.18.0.59 or later
  • Linkus Desktop Client: 1.10.2 or later

Procedure

  1. Log in to Linkus Desktop Client.
    Tip: If you have received a Linkus welcome email, you can use the login link to quickly log in to Linkus Desktop Client.
    1. Open Linkus Desktop Client.
    2. Enter the login information, then click LOG IN.
      • Username: Email address.
      • Password: Extension User Password.
      • Domain: Enter the domain name or click to enter the IP addresses and ports.
  2. Go to Call Center Console > Queue Panel.
