Delete Device Firmwares

If you don't need certain device firmwares, you can delete them.

Procedure

Note: Once a device firmware is deleted, you, assigned resellers, and administrators for assigned tenants will no longer be able to use it.
  1. Log in to NovoOne Platform Portal, go to Inventory > IP Phones > Resource Repository > Device Firmware.
  2. Delete device firmwares as needed.
    • To delete a device firmware, click beside it.
    • To delete device firmwares in bulk, select the checkboxes of desired firmwares, click Delete at the top of the firmware list.
  3. In the pop-up dialog box, click Confirm.
