Requirements

Yeastar Workplace supports deployment on physical servers and cloud-based servers.
The following table shows the minimum system requirements to deploy Yeastar Workplace.Item Minimum server requirements CPU / vCPU 4 CPU Instruction Set Architecture amd64 (x86-64) Memory 16 GiB Hard Disk / Storage 100 GB Operating System Linux Ubuntu 20.04 64-bit Important: For Online version of Yeastar Workplace, it's recommended to configure your server's firewall rules to only open the following ports to improve network security:80,443,1883,8083,8084, and8883.
- Domain name
- To ensure your colleagues can access Yeastar Workplace via the domain name, make sure the domain name is resolved to the fixed IP of your server.
- SSL certificate

An SSL certificate can activate the padlock and the HTTPS protocol and allows secure connections from a web server to a browser.
To ensure the SSL certificate works properly, the following requirements must be met:

The SSL certificate is valid and bound to your domain name.

Download the SSL certificate files in PEM format, and rename the files to "smart".
You should have the following files:

smart.key

- SMTP server infotmation

The SMTP server allows Yeastar Workplace to send emails through the specified mailbox.
To set up an SMTP server, the following items are required:

An email address

SMTP server address of your email address

The port of your SMTP Server
Note: Offline versions can only use local SMTP servers. -
