Calculate Price of Yeastar Products using Price Calculator

Yeastar Partner Portal offers a price calculator, a free web-based tool that can be used to quickly calculate the cost for Yeastar products according to your actual purchasing needs. This calculator eliminates the necessity for complex manual calculations, and helps you choose the most budget-friendly solution.

Note: The calculator presents the standard price calculation. If there are any special offers or discounts available, they can be applied and deducted from the calculated price when you proceed to the Products & Purchase page.

Procedure

  1. Access the price calculator.
    1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, click at the top-right corner.

    2. At the top of the page, click Price Calculator.

      You are redirected to the product's calculation page.

  2. Calculate price according to your need.
  3. Optional: In the Calculator section, click Buy Now to place your order on the corresponding purchase page with the same selected options.
    Tip: To return to Yeastar Partner Portal, click at the top-left corner.

Calculate the cost of new product purchase

When you want to purchase a new product, you can use the price calculator to quickly calculate the cost of the required resources.

Here we take P-Series Cloud Edition as an example to show the operation process.

  1. On the left product list, click the desired product.

    In this example, click Cloud PBX (Instance).

  2. In the product's calculation page, go to Subscribe > New Purchase.
  3. Select the options that suit for your requirements.
    1. In the Plan section, select the desired plan, extension capacity, and billing cycle.

    2. In the Service section, click beside the service to which you want to subscribe.

    The Calculator section at the right side lists the selected options with their corresponding prices, and displays the total estimated cost.

Calculate the cost of new service subscription for existing product

If you want to subscribe to new service(s) for an existing product, you can use the price calculator to quickly calculate the cost of the new service subscription.

Here we take P-Series Cloud Edition as an example to show the operation process.

  1. On the left product list, click the desired product.

    In this example, click Cloud PBX (Instance).

  2. In the product's calculation page, go to Subscribe > Upgrade Existing.
  3. In the Start by Entering Here section, do as follows:
    1. In the Subscription Start Date field, specify the date for the new service subscription to take effect.
    2. Enter the unique identifier according to your product and click .

      P-Series Plan for Appliance Edition / P-Series Software Edition / Cloud PBX (Instance) / Linkus Cloud Service In the Which SN? field, enter the Serial Number (SN) of the device.
      Cloud PBX (Package) / Cloud PBX (Instance) Add-on Service / Remote Management In the Which Yeastar ID? field, enter the Yeastar ID associated with the product for which you want to subscribe to the service.
      Workplace SaaS In the Which Company ID? field, enter the Company ID associated with the product for which you want to subscribe to the service.

    In this example, select a start date and enter the SN of the P-Series Cloud Edition.

  4. In the Service section, click beside the service to which you want to subscribe.

    The Calculator section at the right side lists the selected services with their corresponding prices, and displays the total estimated cost calculated from the service subscription's effective date to the expiration date.

    Note: The effective date of the service subscription is specified in the Subscription Start Date field, while the expiration date is aligned with the plan subscription of the existing product.

Calculate the cost of product renewal

When you want to renew an existing subscription, you can use the price calculator to quickly calculate the renewal cost.

Here we take P-Series Cloud Edition as an example to show the operation process.

  1. On the left product list, click the desired product.

    In this example, click Cloud PBX (Instance).

  2. In the product's calculation page, go to the Renew tab.
  3. In the Start by Entering Here section, enter the unique identifier according to your product and click .

    Cloud PBX (Package) / Cloud PBX (Instance) Add-on Service / Remote Management In the Which Yeastar ID? field, enter the Yeastar ID associated with the product.
    Workplace SaaS In the Which Company ID? field, enter the Company ID associated with the product.

    In this example, enter the SN of the P-Series Cloud Edition.

  4. In the Plan section, edit the plan subscription as needed.

    The Calculator section at the right side lists the detailed information of the plan subscription, and displays the total estimated cost of the renewal.

Calculate the cost of subscription switch

When you want to switch the current subscription to a new one for an existing product, you can use the price calculator to quickly calculate the prorated difference.

Here we take P-Series Cloud Edition as an example to show the operation process.

  1. On the left product list, click the desired product.

    In this example, click Cloud PBX (Instance).

    Note: If you want to switch subscription for a Cloud PBX created from a Turnkey or BYOI package, go to Cloud PBX (Package) > Upgrade PCE Instance.
  2. In the product's calculation page, go to the Switch tab.

  3. In the Start by Entering Here section, do as follows:
    1. In the Subscription Start Date field, specify the date for the new subscription to take effect.
    2. Enter the unique identifier according to your product and click .

      Workplace SaaS In the Which Company ID? field, enter the Company ID associated with the product for which you want to switch the subscription.

    In this example, select a start date and enter the SN of the P-Series Cloud Edition.

  4. In the Plan Switch / Service Switch section, select the plan/service to switch, and set the billing cycle as needed.

    The Switching Details section displays the plan / service comparison details; The Calculator section at the right side lists the detailed information of the switched subscription, and displays the estimated price differentiation.

Calculate the cost of extension expansion

When you want to expand the extension capacity for an existing product, you can use the price calculator to quickly calculate the prorated difference.

Here we take P-Series Cloud Edition as an example to show the operation process.

  1. On the left product list, click the desired product.

    In this example, click Cloud PBX (Instance).

  2. In the product's calculation page, go to the Expansion tab.
  3. In the Start by Entering Here section, do as follows:
    1. In the Subscription Start Date field, specify the date for the expansion to take effect.
    2. Enter the unique identifier according to your product and click .

      P-Series Software Edition / Cloud PBX (Instance) In the Which SN? field, enter the Serial Number (SN) of the device.
      Cloud PBX (Package) In the Which Yeastar ID? field, enter the Yeastar ID associated with the product for which you want to expand extension capacity.

      In this example, select a start date and enter the SN of the P-Series Cloud Edition.

    3. In the Service section, change the number of the extensions according to your need.

      The Calculator section at the right side lists the detailed information of the extension capacity, and displays the total estimated cost.
