Set up Recording Prompts
This topic describes how to set up recording prompts for internal calls, inbound calls, and outbound calls respectively.
Set up recording prompt for internal calls
- Log in to PBX web portal, go to Note: The uploaded file should meet the audio file requirements.
, upload a custom prompt or record a custom prompt for
internal calls.

- In the Internal Call Being Recorded Prompt drop-down list, select a prompt for internal calls.
- Click Save and Apply.
