Apply a New Template to a Provisioned IP Phone

This topic describes how to apply a new template to a provisioned IP phone.

Prerequisites

Service provider has assigned custom Auto Provisioning templates to you.

Procedure

  1. Log in to NovoOne Tenant portal, go to Inventory > IP Phones.
  2. Click beside the desired phone.
  3. In the Options section, select a desired template from the Template drop-down list.
  4. Click Save.

Result

The configurations in the new template will be applied automatically to the phone.
