Manage System Prompt

This topic describes how to manage custom system prompts.

Prerequisites

You have uploaded custom system prompts.

Edit a custom prompt

  1. Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, go to System > System Prompt.
  2. Click beside the desired custom prompt.
  3. In the pop-up window, complete the following settings as needed.
    1. In the Language field, modify the prompt language name.
      Note:
      • The maximum character length is 127; only letters and special characters ( ) _ : \ . - are allowed.
      • The language MUST not be identical to that of the built-in prompts and other existing custom prompts.
    2. Click Choose a File to re-upload a .tar file from your local computer.
    3. Click Save.

      The modified prompt file is displayed on System Prompt list.

Delete a custom prompt

Note: Custom system prompts that have been used in any tenant cannot be deleted. Go to System → System Prompt to check prompt usage in the Applied Tenant column. A value of - indicates that the prompt is unused.
  1. Log in to NovoOne Platform portal, go to System > System Prompt.
  2. Click beside the desired custom prompt.
  3. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.
