Create a Regular User

To jointly manage the YMP system, you can create a regular user for your colleague and grant relevant permissions to the user.

Note: The YMP regular users can view all the customer information and all the PBX information on YMP web interface.
  1. Go to System > User, clickCreate.
  2. On the Create User page, configure a regular user.
    1. Select User Mode to Regular User.
    2. Enter the user's basic information.Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Password.
      • Name: Enter the user's name.
      • Email Address: The email address is provided by the user, the user will use this email address to log in the YMP web interface.
      • Phone Number: Enter the user's phone number.
      • Company: Enter the company name.
      • Password: The password is provided by the user, the user will use this password to log in the YMP web interface.
    3. In the User Permission section, grant permissions for the user.
  3. Click Save.
