Create a Hosting User

Create a Hosting user for the partners who want to sell PBXs but have no YMP server setup on their own sites.

  1. Go to System > User, clickCreate.
  2. On the Create User page, configure a hosting user.
    1. Select User Mode to Hosting User.
    2. Enter the hosting user's basic information.
      • Name: Enter the user's name.
      • Email Address: The email address is provided by the user, the user will use this email address to log in the YMP web interface.
      • Phone Number: Enter the user's phone number.
      • Company: Enter the company name.
      • Password: The password is provided by the user, the user will use this password to log in the YMP web interface.
    3. In the User Capacity section, enter the required capacity from the user.
    4. In the User Permission section, grant permissions for the hosting user.
      Note: Keep the default the settings, the user will have only permissions to mange his/her customers and the associated PBXs.
  3. Click Save.
