Register a Project

If you are bidding for a project, you can register it on Yeastar Partner Portal to request for support, such as project protection, discounts, solutions, technical support and more. If the project is approved, Yeastar will provide the above-mentioned support to help you with the project.

Note: We recommend that you provide as much detail as possible when submitting your project, so as to avoid potential delays.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Partner Portal, go to Business > Projects, then click Add New Project.
  2. On the Customer and Opportunities page, enter details about the customer and project opportunity as follows.
    1. Select the purpose for which you submit the project.

    2. Enter the information of the customer.

    3. Enter the time and budget of the project.

    4. Select a win probability, and briefly introduce the opportunity.

    5. Click Next.
  3. Optional: On the Sales Information page, enter the information of your sales contact and the distributor that is associated with the project, then click Next.
  4. On the Product Information page, add details about the required Yeastar product(s) as follows.
    1. Click Add Product.
    2. On the side panel, select the required Yeastar product and enter relevant information, then click Confirm.
    3. Enter details about the product usage scenario.
    4. Click Next.
  5. Optional: On the Competitor Information page, add the competitor's information as follows.
    1. Click Add Competitor Information.
    2. On the side panel, enter details about the project competitor, then click Confirm.
  6. Click Submit.

Result

  • The project is submitted and displayed in the project list with a status of Under Review.
  • You will receive an email indicating that the project is submitted successfully, and Yeastar will contact you as soon as possible.

FAQs

Q: Will Yeastar directly participate in the registered project?
No. Yeastar guarantees that we will only provide support for your project and will NOT get involved in it. Even if the customers contact us directly, we will send them to you for details.
Q: Can I update the project after submission?
Yes. When the project is in Under Review or Approved status, you can modify the project information as needed to keep it up-to-date.
  1. Go to Business > Projects, search and find the desired project.
  2. Click beside the project, then click Edit Project Information.

  3. Edit the project information as needed, then click Save.
