You can make Linkus work in an external network in the following ways:

Set up Linkus Server with Remote Access Service (RAS)

Remote Access Service is a value-added service designed for Yeastar P-Series on-premises PBX users to minimize Linkus-related server and network configurations to a simple click. It avoids the necessity of port forwarding when using Linkus outside of the company so the network security will not be compromised.

Set up Linkus Server without Remote Access Service (RAS)

If you don't subscribe to Remote Access Service, you have to go through complicated server and network settings, such as port forwarding, NAT, and public IP address configuration.
