  • Added support for Yeastar Click to Call: After installing Yeastar Click to Call extension on Google Chrome, you can quickly place calls via Linkus by clicking phone numbers on web pages.

  • Added support for Select & Dial with Hotkey: You can select phone numbers from anywhere on your computer, and press hotkey “Ctrl+Shift+E” to quickly start a call.

  • Optimized Call Pickup feature: The original caller's number will be displayed on Linkus when you pick up the call on Linkus.

  • Added support for copying and pasting phone number onto Dialpad interface to quickly place a call.
  • Optimized Call Transfer feature: When transferring a call, you can search contacts by extension name, extension number, or external number to quickly transfer the call.

  • Fixed the issue of Linkus CDR: Linkus CDR time was inconsistent with PBX CDR time.

  • Added support for compatibility with the 2-way Intercom function on PBX.
  • Optimized the caller ID interface of Linkus after Distinctive Caller ID was enabled on PBX:
    • Added support for displaying Queue Name/Number and Caller ID simultaneously.
    • Added support for displaying Name/Number of Ring Group and Caller ID simultaneously.
  • Optimized the integration with Outlook: Linkus supports to match Outlook contacts by the caller's Local Number, Country/Region Code, and City/Area Code.
  • Fixed the issue of Linkus Chat: You might fail to receive or send chat messages, and the Chat list was empty.

  • Fixed Linkus Help issue: The Linkus Help link always redirected to the Chinese Help documentation.
  • Fixed the Google Contact issue: Users could not add a new contact for the incoming caller ID on Google Contact.
  • Fixed the Outlook Integration issue: As Outlook automatically saved incoming numbers in (xxx) xxx-xxxx format, calling back to these numbers would fail.
