  • Added compatibility with All Busy Mode for Endpoints: With All Busy Mode for Endpoints enabled for your extension by system administrator, when one of the endpoints with your extension registered is busy, all the other endpoints will forward new incoming calls to the When Busy destination.
    Note: PBX requirement: Version 37.3.0.16 or later.
Voicemail
  • Added compatibility with Group Voicemail feature: You can share the workload of reading and responding to voicemail messages within your team.
    Note: PBX requirement: Version 37.3.0.16 or later.
CTI
  • Added support for CTI feature: You can control the desk phone via Linkus to handle a voice call.

Distinctive Caller ID
  • Fixed the Distinctive Caller ID issue: If Linkus was in CTI mode, the originated caller ID would not be displayed when receiving a call from a Ring Group, IVR, or Queue.

  • Fixed the issue that external microphone was not displayed when setting up Microphone.

  • Fixed the ring issue of incoming calls: If PBX server failed to identify the storage path of ringtone wav. file, users could not hear ringtone when receiving calls.

Extension Presence
  • Changed default destination of Call Forwarding: When an extension is in Do Not Disturb status, all the calls are forwarded to the extension's voicemail box.

  • Optimized Call Pickup feature: The original caller's number will be displayed on Linkus when you pick up the call on Linkus.
