Step2. Create a Security Group

A security group acts as a virtual firewall to control the traffic for its associated instances. You need to create a security group for the instances which are in the target VPC.

1. Log on to the ECS console.
2. In the left-side navigation pane, click Security Groups.
3. Select a region. The region of the security group should be the same with the region of the VPC.
4. Click Create Security Group.
5. On the configuration page, set the security group.
   1. Set the Name.
   2. Select the Network Type as VPC.
   3. Select the VPC which was created for the SBC and YMP.
   
6. Click OK and Set the rules immediately.
7. Add inbound security rule.
   1. Click Add Security Group Rules.
   2. Set the inbound rule as the figure below.
      
   1. Click OK.
8. Add outbound security rule.
   1. Click Add Security Group Rules.
   2. Set the outbound rule as the figure below.
      
   3. Click OK.
