Backup 3CX Data
For data safety, you need to backup 3CX data before migration.
Procedure
- Log in to 3CX Management Console.
- Go to Backup and Restore and click Backup.
- In the pop-up window, create a new backup.
- Specify a name to help you identify this backup.
- Specify which data to be backed up according to your client's
requirements.Note: If your client requires backup for voicemail and recordings, select the two checkboxes.
- Click OK.
