Backup 3CX Data

For data safety, you need to backup 3CX data before migration.

Procedure

  1. Log in to 3CX Management Console.
  2. Go to Backup and Restore and click Backup.

  3. In the pop-up window, create a new backup.

    1. Specify a name to help you identify this backup.
    2. Specify which data to be backed up according to your client's requirements.
      Note: If your client requires backup for voicemail and recordings, select the two checkboxes.
    3. Click OK.
