Architecture of Yeastar Cloud PBX

Yeastar Cloud PBX includes 3 components: Yeastar SBC, YMP (Yeastar Management Platform), and Yeastar Cloud PBX Instances.

What is Yeastar SBC?

Yeastar SBC is an exclusive security component of Yeastar Cloud PBX . Yeastar SBC has the following functions:

Hide network topology to protect the YMP and PBX instances.
Protect the PBX instances from malicious attacks.
Deliver all SIP and RTP packets of the PBX instances to and from the Internet.

Note: The Yeastar SBC is ready to protect your YMP and PBX instances after installation. The SBC is embedded with default security rules.

What is YMP?

YMP (Yeastar Cloud PBX Management Plane) is a platform to create and manage PBX instances.

What is Yeastar Cloud PBX Instances?

The YMP administrator creates the Yeastar cloud PBX instances for different customers. Customers in different sites can manage their own cloud PBX instances.
