Check Network

Check how long it takes for users' packets to reach SBC server. If the one-way delay from users to the SBC should be lower than 100ms, or the call quality would be bad.

  1. Find a website that supports checking one-way delay from different locations to the SBC server.
    Here is a ping test tool on website for reference.
  2. Enter the public IP address or domain name of the SBC server.
  3. Check the ping result.
    The one-way delay from your target users' locations to the SBC should be lower than 100ms.
