Delete Blocked API IP

If an IP address exceeds the allowed API login failure attempts, YCM system will block the IP address and trigger a system alarm of "API Authentication Blocked Out". You can delete the blocked IP if it is trusted.

Background information

When an IP address fails to access the YCM API for more than 5 times consecutively, the YCM system will block the IP address, and restrict the IP from requesting for API authentication again.

You can check the blocked IP on Security > Blocked IP.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Central Management, go to Security > Blocked IP.
  2. In the Blocked IP list, select the desired blocked IP, then click Delete.

  3. In the pop-up window, click Confirm.

Result

The IP can initiate API authentication again.
