This topic describes the latest updates to Yeastar Partner Portal documentation in 2025.

Updates in December

Added description for the new feature - Login Method, which allows you to enforce SSO-only login for colleagues.
Added description for the API interfaces - /user/openapi/user/v1/client/partner_list and /user/openapi/user/v1/subordinate_user/{partnerId}: A response parameter userGrade is supported to return user's grade.
Added description for the API interfaces - /pricing/openapi/purchase/v1/product_list, /pricing/openapi/purchase/v1/purchase_product_info, and /pricing/openapi/purchase/v1/my_price_info: A parameter offeringId is supported to indicate the offering ID of a product.
Updated description Updated description for the API tutorials of P-Series Phone System, Remote Management, Add-on Service, and the API interfaces - /order/openapi/order/v1/save and /pricing/openapi/purchase/v1/pricing/calculate, as the multiCycle request parameter is required only for multi-year subscription. In other words, you don't have to pass the parameter when requesting a trial or a one-year subscription for these products.

2025-9-12 New description Added description for P-Series Software Edition:
  • You can switch OEM ID for software PBXs directly from Yeastar Partner Portal to apply your custom branding.
  • You can delete expired software PBX (be it trial or commercial) from Yeastar Partner Portal.
  • The license validity period is adjusted and subject to PBX activation method:
    • For Online Activation: The validity period begins from the day you activate software PBX with the provided license.
    • For Offline Activation: The validity period begins from the day you purchase the license.
Updated description Updated description for P-Series Cloud Edition: If you deliver cloud-based communication services with PAUG solution, you can now delete expired commercial cloud PBX instances from Yeastar Partner Portal.
Note: Previously, you were allowed to delete only the trial instances.

  • Added support for purchasing additional connections while subscribing the service.
  • Adjusted the features that the service cover: With an active subscription, you can remotely connect to and access on-premises PBXs and gateways through Yeastar Central Management.
    Note: For advanced features such as PBX provisioning templates, resource monitoring, schedule tasks and more, you can opt for Remote Management Premium service.
Updated description for Cloud PBX (PCE Package): Added an add-on service Ultimate Plan, which allows you to allocate a portion of your purchased package extensions to PBX, enabling those extensions with advanced features.

Once subscribed, you can create a Cloud PBX with Ultimate Plan or upgrade plan for an existing PBX directly from Yeastar Central Management, without needing to switch to the Partner Portal for additional payment.

Note: If you deliver cloud-based communication services with BYOI solution, you MUST upgrade your central management platform to version 87.15.0.83 or later. Otherwise, you may encounter an error during the process.
