Upload Floor Maps

This topic describes hoew to upload floor maps.

Prerequisites

• Yeastar Workplace Plan: Standard Plan or Pro Plan
• You have completed the Office Building Management.

• Prepare the maps of your floors, and ensure the maps meet the following requirements:

  • Format: JPG, JPEG, or PNG
  • Size: Less than 10MB

Procedure

1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, go to Company Settings > Building Management.
2. Click the desired building and select a floor, then click Upload a Map to upload a map for this floor.
3. Repeat the previous step to upload maps for all desired floors.

Result

You have uploaded the floor maps, now you can configure the maps to mark desks and meeting rooms on the map：

• If there are existing desks and rooms in your system, you can mark them on the map directly.
  For more information, see Mark Existing Desks and Rooms on Floor Maps.
• If there are no existing desks and rooms in your system, you can create desks and rooms and mark them on the floor map.
  For more information, see Add and Mark Desks and Rooms on the Floor Map.
