Edit Room Reservations

As an administrator, you can edit room reservations made by users, including modifying the meeting title, meeting time, meeting room, participants, and recurring cycle.

Requirements

Room reservation status: Booked

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, go to Meeting Room > Room Schedule.
  2. To the right of the desired meeting room reservation, click .
  3. In the pop-up window, edit the meeting room reservation as needed.
  4. Click Save.

Result

You have edited a meeting room reservation. A notification email about the modification is sent to the meeting organizer and participants.
