Manage Office Building

This topic describes how to manage your office building, including editing building details and managing floors.

Edit the building's details

Yeastar Workplace automatically created a default building based on your company information, which you can edit directly to save time and effort.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, go to Company Settings > Building Management.
  2. In the top right corner of a desired building, click and select Edit.
  3. In the pop-up window, edit the building details as needed and click OK.
  4. Click the desired building, and manage the floors as needed:

    • To add floors, click Add Floor, enter the floor names in the pop-up dialog box, then click OK.
    • To edit the floor name, select the desired floor then click .
    • To delete a floor, select the desired floor then click .
    • To adjust the display order, select the desired floor and drag it to a new position.

Add multiple buildings

If your company has multiple workplaces, you can add multiple buildings to differentiate and manage them.

Restriction

By default, one company can only add one office building, if you need to add multiple buildings, please contact us to purchase the extra building license.

Procedure

  1. Log in to Yeastar Workplace management portal, go to Company Settings > Building Management.
  2. Click Add Building in the top right corner.
  3. Edit the building details as needed.
