Customize Recurrence Pattern

The optional recurrence patterns fail to meet your needs? Yeastar Workplace supports customizable recurrence patterns to schedule a recurring meeting according to your preferences.

Click the Custom button from Repeat dropdown. You can customize the frequency by:

  • Every X day(s)
  • Every X week(s)
  • Every X month(s)

Repeat every X day(s)

  1. Select the number of days.
  2. (Optional) Select the end date.

  3. Click Confirm to apply your selection.

This meeting will recur with the frequency you selected.

Note

If you skip selecting the end date, the meeting would have a recurring period of one year.

Repeat every X week(s)

  1. Select the number of weeks.
  2. Select the days of the week to have recurring meetings.
  3. (Optional) Select the end date.
  4. Click Confirm to apply your selection.

This meeting will recur with the frequency you selected.

If you skip selecting the end date, the meeting would have a recurring period of one year.

Repeat every X month(s)

  1. Select the number of months.
  2. Click the Repeat dropdown and cycle this meeting by date or by week.
  3. (Optional) Select the end date.
  4. Click Confirm to apply your selection.

This meeting will recur with the frequency you selected.

Note

If you skip selecting the end date, the meeting would have a recurring period of one year.

Important

The monthly recurring meetings may not be scheduled for each month due to the different end dates of each month.
For example, if the meeting start date is August 31, 2021, set the 31st day of the month to repeat. But the next month, September, only has 30 days.
In this case, the date of the next meeting will be related to whether you have an integration with a third party.

No integration or integration with Google Workspace: September will be skipped; the actual next meeting schedule is October 31, 2021. Meetings will only be scheduled on the 31st day of the month in which there are 31 days.

Integration with Microsoft 365: September will not be skipped; the actual next meeting schedule is September 30, 2021. To achieve "monthly cycle," meetings will be scheduled on the last day of the month in which there are no 31 days.
