How to enter login information?

Contact your administrator to get the login information, then enter the login information on Linkus to log in Linkus manually.

Enter the Linkus login information according to different Yeastar PBX products:

Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX (without LCS)

  1. Enter the Linkus server information.
    1. On the Linkus login page, click Custom Settings.
    2. Check the option Enable Custom Settings.
    3. Enter the Linkus server information.
      Note: If you set both Local IP Address and Remote IP Address, Linkus will detect your PC network, and choose a relevant IP to log in.
      • Local Host/IP: Enter the private IP address of your PBX.
      • Local Port: Enter the local port of Linkus server. The default port is 8111.
      • External Host/IP: Enter the public IP address of your PBX.
      • External Port: Enter the external port of Linkus server.
    4. Click Save.
  2. On the Linkus login page, enter the following information.
    • User Name: Enter the extension number or email address.
      Note: S-Series PBX supports Extension Login mode and Email Login mode. If login failed, contact your administrator to check the login mode settings on the PBX.
    • Password: Enter the extension's User Password.

Yeastar S-Series VoIP PBX (with LCS)

  1. On the Linkus login page, enter the following information:
    • User Name: Enter the extension number or email address.
      Note: S-Series PBX supports Extension Login mode and Email Login mode. If login failed, contact your administrator to check the login mode settings on the PBX.
    • Password: Enter the extension's User Password.

      Forget Password

    • SN/Domain: Enter the SN (Serial Number) of your PBX.
      Note: If the SN/Domain field is non-editable, clcik Custom Settings, uncheck the option Enable Custom Settings.
  2. Click Login.

Yeastar Cloud PBX

  1. On the Linkus login page, enter the following information:
    • User Name: Enter the email address that is associated with your extension.
    • Password: Enter the extension's User Password.

      Forget Password

    • SN/Domain: Enter the domain name of your PBX.
      Note: If the SN/Domain field is non-editable, clcik Custom Settings, uncheck the option Enable Custom Settings.
  2. Click Login.
